Iē̼āsníhp Se (/j̼əˑs/ /nɪ̞p/ [screw] [light (weight); easy]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Aldäbn Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Iē̼āsníhp Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Iē̼āsníhp Se was founded by Glëg̈mth Hughan, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Iē̼āsníhp Se has a yearly average temperature of 30°C (86°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 33°C (91°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 27°C (80°F). Iē̼āsníhp Se receives an average of 211 cm/y (83 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Iē̼āsníhp Se covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3250 m (10662 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Iē̼āsníhp Se was founded durring the late 10th century, by Glëg̈mth Hughan. The establishment of Iē̼āsníhp Se suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Iē̼āsníhp Se which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Iē̼āsníhp Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Iē̼āsníhp Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Iē̼āsníhp Se is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of crampt flagstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Iē̼āsníhp Se's robustly designed timber walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Iē̼āsníhp Se, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all preforming the same rituals to bless and anoint building,s streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holysymbols is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This town certainly loves its god.
Civic Infrastructure
Iē̼āsníhp Se has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Iē̼āsníhp Se. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Iē̼āsníhp Se's parks.
Iē̼āsníhp Se has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Iē̼āsníhp Se.
Iē̼āsníhp Se has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Iē̼āsníhp Se has a Department of Firefighters, which is responsible for organizing fire fighting efforts during a fire and enforcing local ordinances relating to fire safety.
Iē̼āsníhp Se has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Iē̼āsníhp Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Iē̼āsníhp Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Iē̼āsníhp Se possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Iē̼āsníhp Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Iē̼āsníhp Se's natural decorations nor waterways.
Iē̼āsníhp Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Iē̼āsníhp Se has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Two or more groups of citizens within Iē̼āsníhp Se hate each other. Their neighbors or the local law have kept things from too-overt violence, but members of the groups will constantly interfere with their rivals and cause whatever misery they can get away with. This hate may spring from recent events, or it may be an inherited spite from old wrongs.
Iē̼āsníhp Se's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.
Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is recurring in Iē̼āsníhp Se.
The Dlurgraven near Iē̼āsníhp Se are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Iē̼āsníhp Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves ritual combat to channel Invocation energies of tier 3 via oratory performances.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century Iē̼āsníhp Se was rocked by a string of powerful winter storms. The worst of the disaster struck The storm coated everything in a thick layer of ice and freezing countless animals, plants, and people to death. Iē̼āsníhp Se lost 226 people, and 301 livestock in the disaster.. The disaster is remembered as the Calamity Screams, after the sounds of the winds.
